Who we are
This website is run by Avail Africa Ltd (Mauritius) and Avail Africa (Private) Limited (Zimbabwe). Registration numbers will be added once issued.

What we collect
If you use the contact form we collect what you type: your name, organisation, email address, sector, country and message, plus your browser’s user-agent string to help us spot spam.
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and this site has no third-party analytics. If you choose Shona, that preference is stored in your own browser only.
Why we use it
To reply to your enquiry and to keep a record of the conversation. We do not sell or share your data for marketing.
Where it is stored and for how long
Form submissions are stored with our database provider, Supabase.
We keep enquiries only as long as we need them to respond and follow up.
Your rights
Under Mauritius’s Data Protection Act 2017 and Zimbabwe’s Cyber and Data Protection Act, you can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, and object to how we use it. Email us and we will respond within the time the law requires.
You can also complain to the data protection authority in your country.
Data in our programmes
Services we build for clinics, farmer programmes and community organisations have their own consent processes and notices, agreed with each partner. Consent comes first.
